Rio was always a proud, Intelligent, Brave Vortiguant. Who never turned a challenge down. He served as a foor soldier on Xen and protected it from any invaders that came his way. Rio finnally made it to earth one day, and was greeted by other Vortiguants who would be helping the humans fight the Combine off, Rio was adventurous and wanted to inspect the new planet so one day Rio was walking about Earth inspecting what ever he saw, when he was captured. A bag was thrown on his head, and he was being beaten with some stun batons, he finally passed out, and clapsed to the floor. Rio had his hatred for the Combine, but this sealed it. He woke up in a daze and looked around him, he seemed to be being carried to a train, when Bang! He looked to his left and saw a OTA drop to the floor...dead, the other holding Rio dropped him instantly and fired rounds from his AR2. Rio was still dazed and could hardly move, he crawled to cover as bullets ricocheted everywhere. OTA were pilling up and firing at the anomynous figures in the trees, Rio got up and ran for it as fast as he could, but his wounds held him back slightly. Until he finnally reached a lake, where he fell beside the water and dipped his claw in. He lay there, unsure of what else to do. Until he felt a hand, he looked up and saw a figure in some Kevlar, next thing he knew he was being dragged away again, he was placed in a car and drove away to god knows where. Until it stopped, right outside some place the humans were calling. The clinic.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
I plan to make a new start with a Vortiguant character and help others in the Outlands out and befriend citizens and other Vortiguants, He will try to fend off the OTA as best he can, but will mostly just try and live peacefully in the Outlands.

Reason for Un-PK: I want to start off by saying sorry to Maaattttt and Burning Bullet for yesterday, i was annoyed for private reasons before i came on and it was not an excuse, i should not really have came on at all, due to the state i was in, but i wanted to say sorry anyway. The reason that i was PKed was that i broke into a shop and pulled a gun out at a OTA, i should have killed him but my view is that everytime i say in LOOC i am going to kill you now, they say no, so i did not bother and was killed after an argument. The reason i should be be un-Pked is that i was being stupid and angry that night and once again sorry to whoever was involved, if any admins need to know what happened pm me, i would rather not say but to be un-PKed i will.

Well, its been a while since I have writen another diary entry, and I just thought...maybe I should start again. So i have been in the Outlands for about 8 months now (Somewhere around that area) and i have come to realise two things recently. One, the OTA are pushing harder than ever...i think i saw some sort of commander unit, He was huge! But they sent in dropships to collect citizens and take them...off world i guess, Just like those announcments keep saying, also they keep sending Scanners, and whenever someone gets spotted, Hunters arive and tear the place apart. The second, Wildlife is getting more active, Antlions are attacking more, Grubs are all over the place, and Antlion guards keep pummeling us. Its getting harder to live out here, but, we have to carry on. Dave still acts ungrateful, Save the guys life and he hates you...odd. Angus and Eli have joined the Alliance, in which i am extatic about, no two people deserved it more. Anyway i should wrap this up...Bye?

Rofl and Karma i have never really played with you, Nor do i really know you, But i just want to explain what happened today with Ghost, Basically he was talking in game quite a while ago about how he hoped for you to add a Vortiguant SWEP. He was then given a Magnum to use as a substitute and every time he fired, He would display a message IC so that people would understand that it was his Vortesscence and not just a Magnum, Monkey and any other admins approved, And did not ever at one point say it was against the rules, If he was told that it was he would have handed the gun back right away no questions asked, But instead Karma just chose to ban him on the spot, I believe that Ghost is one of the best rpers on the server, Being able to be by his side in RP, I see that he never lets me down and sometimes when i forget to RP something, He guides me on the right track, He would have been the perfect admin, Please i beg you, Outlands will fall unless he is Un pked, And most of the forums will not be happy with this decision, I am asking you as someone who has been in this community long enough, Please, Un PK him and just show that you are the admin i look up at you to be, If you have any questions, Please PM me back. I am not trying to have a go at anyone, I am just stating a point that he should be Un Pked

This is bullshit though. For example, People with vests are called lolwebels too and yet if they have earned that vest then they are probably ten times better a rper than you, So also i have never really seen propaganda apart from in D6 area which is where most rebels hide anyway, If thats the way they want to rp let them. But i agree a bit sometimes people just mingerun and stuff not to be pked, But that is the one persons problem not the whole organisation.

The AR2

Zak was patrolling the Outlands with Skyler and Dave when they saw something in the distance, Skyler got her Sniper rifle out and looked down the scope, She muttered to us both "Get inside..." Me and Dave looked at eachother confused "Now!" She shouted, We ran into a office building and got to the top floor, Once there Skyler looked through her Scope again and said "Three units coming from the east.." I looked down the road slightly scared to see three units strolling slowly down the street, I jumped backwards and asked "What do we do?" Skyler and Dave smiled at eachother and looked at me "We ambush them" They replied.

I was shaking slightly as i hid behind a garage door waiting for the gunfire to start and me to spring out and shoot,
Skyler was in the top floor of the office buidling ready to kill with her sniper, Dave stood at one of the windows on the bottom floor, I could just about see him, We preped and were all saying so over the radio, I waited.....Boom! I heard something fall to the floor, Everything was quiet for a second, Then the bullets started flying, I looked out from behind the door to see one of the OTA lying face first on the gravel with a pool of blood around him, The other two hid behind a railing, I fired a few rounds hitting one of them in the head, His kevlar could only take a few bullets, But Dave open fired at him as he went to run for more cover, He fell to the floor...Dead, The last OTA was just blindfiring over the barrier, Skyler took the final shot penetrating his helmet, I saw him flop to the floor.

We ran over and saw the lot of them on the hard gravel. "Good job guys!" Dave said, I looked around at what equipment was scattered about, I spotted a AR2 next to one of the dead OTA soldiers, I picked it up and slung it round me, I searched his body and found six pulse rifle ammo boxes, we burned the rest of the equipment and bodys and walked off in the knowledge that this was only one battle, And that many more were to come.

The 357. Magnum

Zak was happy with the new rifle he had aquired, He had not unlocked it yet though and its weight was almost unbearable, But he knew over time he would get used to it. While walking down the road to the Clinic a strange man walked up to him, The man was frantically looking at different spots with speed he was almost running and bumped into me, He fell on the floor. "You alright?" I said picking him up out of the dirt, "They are after me!" He shouted and scrambled up "You don't know what its like!" He screamed, I looked at him, His face was dirty and his clothes were torn, He walked right up to me and said "I can't take it anymore...", He uncliped his holster and brought out a 357. Magnum with something imprinted on the side, He aimed the gun at his head, "No wait do...", He fired, Falling to the ground, Dropping the weapon at my feet, I stared horrified for a moment, Then focused and looked down at the ground seeing the weapon, I picked it up and read the inscription it said "The lone traveler. I searched his body for any ammo and found four boxes on him. I grabbed them and walked off still shaken up by the events, But i just carried on my course to the Clinic, Knowing that this was not a un-normal event.

+More accuracy and power in weapons
+In Character the weapons are more clean and better maintained

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
Use them to my advantage against any threats, But with more space taken up i will not have as much room to carry all of my equipment.
