What happened when the bug occurred? When I right click on the circulatory training book, nothing happens.

What was supposed to happen? I think it disappears and then goes into my 'Skills' tab.

Picture/Console Errors: None.

What happened when the bug occurred? So, I dropped my gov. radio as a paramedic, the game showed a hint that I could get a new one from a police locker. I went to the Nexus and, upon clicking on the locker, I was given a hint saying that I wasn't a goverment offical (or something along those lines.)

What was supposed to happen?
I was supposed to get a radio from the locker, I would assume.

When I first saw this thread I freaked the fuck out because I thought I missed it, but I guess I haven't (yet). The maps looking really good so far, Oz, really digging the water and the lighting. Can't wait to see how It turns out :)

What would you rather play on, the city or the outlands, and why?
Outlands, for more of the freedom and more closely-knit roleplay, if you catch my drift.

What do you do for fun on city?
Try to find a pocket of citizens to blend into and start a conversation, and then let things roll on from there.

Is City_45 too hardware reliant for your current system? (too laggy)

What would you like to see more of on city?
More events that encourage citizen RP, like maybe a city-wide sweep for the CCA that causes criminals with contraband/anti-citizens bunker down somewhere and passive until having to move to another secluded location. Or gathering up citizens and locking them in the UCH to deal with, I dunno, an airborne infection? Thats just an example, but basically events that get citizens to RP with each other.

What do you want to do on city?
Roleplay with people, to put it simply.

What is about city that makes you not want to join or play it?
A server full of citizens and units and the plaza/UCH are totally empty, making finding others to RP with near impossible and really just ends up with me walking around aimlessly.

What can be done to help you enjoy the city?
Other than the event idea listed above, maybe make P3 somewhat like D6 in our old rendition of C18, not saying to make it inaccesible and post a unit on it, but... I dunno, I just lost it.

Alright, so I was basically looking for some combine reskins when I found a few skins for citizens and one for rebels

Feel free to post your thoughts, was just wondering to bring these up.
The skins look pretty cool, but I don't like the thought of having a re-skin dropped into my lap through the fast dl. If they were optional or made as a separate model I'd be fine with that.

I agree with everyone above, I really like the idea of a tiered system for weapons and that the weapons aren't, say, a barret 50 cal or an M16 or something of that nature. + Support

Maybe they should be a cross between the common HL2RP hands SWEP, and the actual vortigaunt hands seen in Half-life: Decay.

This was how the vorti-claws looked in first person in Decay.
Being that, when the swep is in its lowered state (Being the citizen equivilent of not having fists raised, but being in an idle stance) the SWEP should function like the hands SWEP, being able to pick up and drop objects, stuff like that. When the vortigaunt holds R to raises their claws, (atleast in first person) it would function like the SWEP from Half-life: Decay, pressing the primary attack button would fire a bolt of energy, but with a slight delay because of charge up, and secondary fire would be a simple claw attack. Maybe a simple tap of R could be a heal beam/light that heals a target, as stated by Sexy Frog.

Just my two cents though, just doing a bit of spitballing.

Wow! Thats probably the biggest HL2RP change log I've ever seen! I'm really excited for the folks on City, and even more so excited for Outlands! Thank you for working on this, us roleplayers appreciate it. ;)

Extra Notes: The ruins don't exactly have to be 'full', as in you could probably just use parts of various Romanian structures and have them scattered in the 3D skybox, like parts of roofs for example, so that players could see them on an unreachable hill somewhere, or you could even put them inside the map if you wished. (Sorry if I don't have the right Romanian)

Also, Vortigaunt model is fucked. Idk about the original but my Uriah model is pooped.
To confirm, yes the original, non-labcoated vortigaunt is bugged too. The eyelid kind of peels back over the head, probably some other things but thats the most noticable.
