What will you use Tool Trust for?
To make the atmoshpere feel more fitting without having to use '/it' to explain the area. The physical props also make is easier to picture the scene. In short, just to make it a quicker way for people to see what is about them.

why does a server owner who virtually never got on hl2rp decide who gets to run it......like, why micromanage? Laissez Faire leadership man. Hands off, let the playerbase choose who runs it.

Thinking about it, I always thought why the CCA would allow a place for illegal things to happen. Wound't it make it harder and more satisfying if the CCA could patrol all districts? I know this isn't the most realistic thing ever, but in my book it makes sense if they patrolled all of 'em.

I think that there should be all new characters. New stories, people, personalities and the what not. And no body feels bad about some people getting thier old character back and not them.

With my whopping 300kb/s this still only took a few minutes. I remember another server running with the model pack too, and people really did like it. Cause it's nicer to see Ten's of models instead of a mere (16?) models. Makes it easier to identify people.

it won't allow more CP's to flag up until the citizen ratio is met
Inb4 all Rct's and wont allow anything higher cause Rct's dumb.
No, seriously. I see an issue here, there needs to be a certain rank that ignores the script, else they will just spam up low ranking units to keep the high ranking ones off.
Or if a large number of unit's are needed, for like training special events and the what not. Would suck if someone needed to flag up only for a script to block it.

Oh, uh. I don't know where this conversation led, but anyways. The TnB models are kinda cool, but I never liked how one would have to download the big ol' pack of them just to see the models. I would think the server should be on the 'vanilla' side a bit more. But I guess that might have been the reason the server died in the first place? Perhaps having the TnB models would attract other players?
mate its a pack like 50mb you dont need the tnb packs
My entire life has been a lie... Anyways, last time I had to do something with them, I had to download like, I dunno, 3 2GB packs or something of the sort. So I dunno what I was doing...
