Accepted Outlands Appeals / Didn't know it would make my char outlands only..

Reason for the switch: Well, I just logged onto Outlands for the first time, so I chose my main character, then I get on I play around a bit, leave, then when I go on the City server it says hes Outlands only.. So this was an accident..
