I love to go in there and view bans, like porn, it's euphoric and self-satisfying, but it's missing the new servers and OCRP and GMR are the only working ones.

As twisted as it is.... I, too, enjoy looking at the Bans threads.  It's interesting seeing how people attempt to defend stupidity.

I believe that the HL2RP bans can't be tied in with the bans list due to the way the bans are handled on the server. I'm not sure about the other servers, though.

Wake is right, however there are solutions to that, RTLK and I have just decided that it isn't urgent enough. HRP bans also work on the bans page, just no one plays there, so there are few bans. Any other servers we put up should work with it, given that the game mode lets us.
