Every item sold by the CWU is UU branded, so yes, it has the mind chemicals in it like citizen supplements.

All these items would usually be contraband, seeing as the UCA would want citizens eating their "special" supplements; not getting strong from melons and milk...

But the melons and the milk that the UCA gives them (the UU branded ones) are messed up chemically, just like the rations.
Same effect as the supplements, while putting on a deceiving front that citizens can choose what they eat.

I liked the idea of giving citizens free meals and they get to choose what they got to eat. Like the entree for instance. They got to choose between take out or stew. It was a good idea and I think it should happen again.
