I recently updated my PC to find out that it failed to configure during the update. Now it's stuck in a loop with a message saying " reverting changes, Do Not turn off your computer" Not sure what to do, and the only thing that has worked is starting up in safe mode. Whenever I do decide to turn off the computer, it gives the same message.

After hitting the power button about a billion times, my PC now works!
