+The ability to spawn and move chairs, allowing me to sit down at my desk.
What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
Build a small desk space in my character's apartment using a chair, use chairs as passive RP items with the ability to move them around.

Yeah, um. I've been good enough so far to get not only a unit but an 02 unit, so I feel I can be trusted to not abuse chairs.
