Title: Tow Truck glitch

What happened when the bug occurred?
What happen is that if the car, is towed to the tow truck, and the player tries to repair the car, the car will still be brocken and then you try to repair it again, the npc tells you that it's allready repaired. You can go respawn your car, and it will be repaired though.

What was supposed to happen?
The car should get repaired, even if it's towed.
