I have the choice to ignore some of your questions, so don't start to complain if I skip some.

Tough choice between Kronic and Tomasas TBH.
Kronic is very active and takes a lot of effort in CG and the admin team.
Tomasas is a VERY friendly, helpful and nice guy and always responds when you talk to him.

I have a citizen, and I have(had) a Commander unit. But she is currently on hold while I am on my break. I'm not sure if I'm even able to get her back when I start to play it a lot again. (Gotta discuss with Kronic)

Depends what you mean. In total of everything that counts, or big communities like these?
If you mean big communities like these, I've been admin twice on OC. (Started as admin long before OCRP, lost it because derp, got it back shortly after release of OCRP) then I got admin 2 days after registering here. Never lost it ever since. (I don't count those countless times where Waffle loldemotes me for assuming shit that is not true which results me having it back the day after.) And yes, I got promoted to SA and demoted again. But that's not what you asked.
Now the long story: I started a clan with a few buddies on Medal of Honor a LOOOOONG ass time ago. We moved over to CoD where I started my own clan with a buddy, so that counts. I've also ran as Superadmin on a public teamspeak server of a buddy I knew via the net. Server had about 100+ people a day, so it was quite popular. I've moderated a few forums and websites, but the real shit started when I got introduced to Gmod. Started as SA on my friend's sandbox server (Python) which is now Metaconstruct. (Maybe you've heard of it. It still exists.)
Then I tried to get adminge on PE but never succeed, and then read above for next part.

I have no idea if reforming would even improve it. We already did this once, and see how it turned out: It went back just the way it was before.
Quite a long while ago I've even seen you, so on both sides impossible to answer.
Modifying the canon is like changing the OCRP rules. It's so much, and people are used to what it is now, so it might only cause confusion. But on the other side, if things can improve it or make it more clear. Then by all means yes.
I've been focusing on OCRP rather then HL2RP lately, so it's hard to say. But I've not witnesses much trouble regarding the HL2RP administration team, so I assume it's going fine.
Last time I've specifically watched over this, I've seen quite a lot of units being unserious and just derping around in the nexus being bored. On some level I understand them, but it can easily go out of hand and turn into pure fail. So it's hard to draw a line on what is acceptable and what not.
I'm in year 4 (last) of high school. (To explain how school works: First you have 8 years basic school, then 4/5 years collage, then 4 years of high school (education)).
Pilot. But I will never get to that anyways, so my 'dream job' what I wish to do later is: Game programmer/developer
I would judge myself as a person that tries to do the good thing, and stands up for everyone and helps everyone the best I can, but can easily do something wrong if things do not go well.

Can't really think of a single thing that is outstanding with the rest. I on one side like how the administration team is hold under check and therefore comes over as a mature and responsible team except of a bunch of children banning whenever they feel like.
I don't really have a favorite color. But I love the combination of red and black. In anything, custom car colors, armor colors in multiple MMORPGs etc.

Probably not. I just completely lost interests for HL2RP and it takes up WAY to much time with all the required activity to keep what I loved, which was my CmD. That's why I stept down in the first place. Not like I expect I could have my CmD back to even start with.
Nah, I have plans for a lot of other things such as a Youtube career. (I'm already a Youtube partner) and of course HRP and OCRP2 which needs my attention.

Though I did once have a sprained ankle which hurt so badly that I couldn't walk for a week. I went to the doctor and he couldn't find anything broken or something, so I just had to sit it out and wait for it to heal.

Judging by the fact HRP2 is being planned, HL2RP is soon back, and CGRP just got announced, yes of course.
I would change myself back to SA. As I would never accept that much responsibility along with everything else I already have to do here. ;)

Teach yourself. That's how I did it.
Just get a free-to-get gamemode somewhere (darkRP for example) and start to read into the already made code, try to understand it, and then apply your edits to it. See if it works, and that way you learn to understand it even better.
