Hello, I'm Frost. Some of you may or may not know me from LiF's SSTRP, where I am the executive administrator.

Just wanted to make the events and actions of C45.CCA.APEX-01.312 (Jogzi) known, since that is a rather important position and abusive individuals really have no place in it. At around 10:22 EST (Check the logs.) Jogzi completely avoided RP and S2K'd three individuals, myself being one of them. Jogzis attitude from such actions was one of dismissal, and really had no care about the result of such, despite being at fault for the matter.

Here's the console logs, of course it doesn't reveal much due to my limited permissions.

Collin OPhelan says "Fock right off, innit."
C45.CCA.APEX-01.312 says "<:: Citizen."
C45.CCA.APEX-01.312 says "<:: Face the wall."
Flannigan OPhelan says "Aye, aye."
[Black hair with black...] says "nice dress"
[Black hair with black...] says "hahahahha"
[5 foot 11 inches tall...] says "lol"
** Flannigan OPhelan gets up against the wall as he is ordered.
** Collin OPhelan mocks the unit, "Citizen. Face the wall."
** C45.CCA.APEX-01.312 attempts to tie the man
Collin OPhelan says "Fock off."
Flannigan OPhelan says "Och, nae. Don' wanna mock 'im."
C45.CCA.APEX-01.312 says "<:: You, citizen.  Come with me!"
** Collin OPhelan attemps to slam his boot into the unit's leg.
[LOOC] Collin OPhelan: rp
** Flannigan OPhelan gets tied up, and grudgingly mutters to himself.
C45.CCA.APEX-01.312 says "<:: You, citizen.  Come with me!"
[LOOC] Collin OPhelan: dont aovodi my rp
[LOOC] Collin OPhelan: DONT AVOID MY RP

Collin OPhelan: Admin, a CP i savoiding my rp.

Collin OPhelan: I attempted to kick him in the leg.
(Jogzi kills three of us here, S2K with a shotgun.)

Flannigan OPhelan: That was great RP there buddy

Collin OPhelan: He completely ignored it.

Collin OPhelan: Is an admin going to do anything?

Collin OPhelan: My RP was completely ignored.

And that's all there is to it, really. Blatant refusal to RP, abuse of power, and poor attitude of someone with a high position.

The only thing this proves is you spamming OOC demanding attention...

You got no proof on half of your false claims, jogzi never fucks around on his CCA Char.

Check the server logs then, that was a complete fail to roleplay and the lack of any action taken against such an infringement reflects on the administration.

No admins? Not my problem. It was still blatant refusal to RP, then you put the cream topping on by going and shooting all of us.

TBI, Jogzi was under a shit load of stress at this time. People had been minging, and no admins where on. DS lips was spamming the nexus door and yelling out things like: "FUCK THE COMBINE" and breaking fear-RP. In fact, after Jogzi had killed her she immediately ran back to the Nexus door and repeated. I also had multiple other issues with her. Jogzi may fuck around on his unit, but never such things as RDM or anything along those lines. It's mostly just jumping around in a secluded zone with another unit.Flannigan was also doing things along those lines.

Jogzi, despite these facts, has also shown a lot of dedication towards the servers lately. I've seen him aiding many new players, and even helping me with some things.

Jogzi is Jogzi, without him CG wouldn't be CG.

I love how this is being treated as a ban request but is half a forum away from the right section.

Also there's no one here that hates jogzi as much as I do and I've only seen Jogzi RDM some one once on his unit and that was fucking around with another unit.

Instead of bitching and banning Jogzi from his favorite fucking character, think of it this way, he repeatedly asked for an admin of any sort to come and help him with the minges. And Juggernaut your personal feelings for Jogzi shouldn't come into play here. TBI instead of character banning his character, look at what the hell they where doing. What they did is worse than what Jogzi did, Jogzi did what he had to do for the server.

Right, few things.
TBI, what evidence are you basing this ban on? Is it just the C+P'd console log? If so, we NEVER go off C+P'd logs as evidence on any server. They can easily be manipulated.

Another thing. If this thread was meant to get Jogzi banned, why was this not in the BR section in the propper format?
If you intend to get someone banned, please use the BR section from now on.

The PK is temporary until a SeC decides what to do of the situation.

Like Rofl said, I was waiting for a SeC to deal with it. It's only temporary. I understand that Jogzi was under a lot of stress, HOWEVER, that does not exempt him from the rules. In the logs, there was no kind of rp of him raising his shotgun or firing at anyone.

TL;DR, It is temporary, and the character will more than likely be restored. Pls 2 not be raging at me for making what I saw as the best decision in this situation. If I were to rdm under stress, I would expect you all to do the same to me.

Well, seeing as Jogzi was under a heavy stress at that time, there were multiple minges messing around (I got evidence on that), it was hard to do any RP at all. Though, I do not say that it's justified to break rules, we have to take a note about the other side of the story.

I've decided that Jogzi's unit will be un-PK'd, though a major warning will be given to him, that if anything similar happens again, it won't be tolerate and punishment for that will be capital.

Seeing as it's not a ban request, no ban is issued either.
