Title: SKYRIM: Dampened Spirits!

Hi, I've completed the quest Loud and clear ages ago, but now its all fucked up and I cant get the next quest, the quest giver is in "busy" state, what should i do? Are there any console commands? Please help >_>

1. Open Console

2. Click on the NPC.

3. type: 'kill' once you have clicked on the NPC.

4. If the NPC who gives the quest just 'kneels' down then you don't have to do this. Once the NPC is dead, type: 'resurrect'.
