With the recent events with Karma and his shit, Raiden has gotten promoted today
He will now oversee  half life two from now as he has taken Karma's place.
I would like to congrat raiden with his hard work he has done so far with the CCA and other things.

I mean good good, Prox is a good candidate.  Hes active and actually cares about everyone.  And is not selfcentered.
