Well when i load up my minecraft i get an error that says " The Registry refers to a nonexistent Java Runtime Environment installation or the runtime is corrupted."
System cannot find the file specified.
ALSO I DID TRY TO REINSTALL JAVA BUT IT DID NOT WORK!!!

Have you tried adding more ram to Java? That happened to me before and that fixed it.

Download that, then once you open it click on options, look at Java Heap size. Switch it to what ever you want. I'm at 1024 right now because I never use MC, but you should probably bring it up to 2000+ depending on how much Ram you actually have.

Hmph... Perhaps ask around on the MC forums? I'm sure they could give you a good answer.
