Title: Catalyst Gaming City 45,18,11 etc Gray Screens

Everytime i join a City RP Server ( I Use Catalyst Gaming City45) I Always get a gray screen when i join... I Tried deleting and reinstalling the map from the downloads tab on the website but no luck. Also tried deleting everything in the cache folder still no luck. I Really need some help. Yesterday everything worked fine when i deleted the files form the cache folder... So i need help...

I suggest posting a screenshot, it will help.
