Hey, I just joined your server and been having some fun, but there is a few questions I need to ask.
Firstly, What is the outlands? How do I get there? I have heard a couple of people talk on OOC about going to the outlands, but what exactly is it? Secondly Rebels. I noticed they had a base (In Sector 6) how do you become a rebel I assume you don't send in applications. The door to the base is also locked, and I was just wondering what they do, and if they are allowed on the server. Finally Vortigaunts. I have seen them appear on other HL2RP servers so I was wondering are they on here or not?
Thanks and I think I will enjoy my time here.
Edit:I thought about making another thread though it seemed a waste.
Tool trust. If I am a VIP or Gold member do I have a tool trust badge since I do get the phys gun and tool gun, or do I still need to apply to consider myself with that perk?
Also under donation benefits for gold what is the "Light Black Market Flag"?

Outlands is another HL2RP server, but it is set outside of the city. (So instead of roleplaying as a citizen in the city, your a refugee trying to hide out from the Overwatch) You can join in the fun on outlands by simply joining the outlands server and creating a character for the outlands.
Disobeying the combine makes you a rebel, but if you wanted to join someone elses resistance movement, I suppose you'd have to talk to their leader. (Problem is that some people can be really tight about it.) Rebels are allowed in the server, but they get almost 0 help in terms of backing.
Vortigaunts are an authorisation you can apply for via the forums, you can have either a Conscript (Vort slave) or a normal Vort.

Thank you very much man, will start brushing up on the Half life canon of the vorts.

Disobeying the Combine does not instantly make you a rebel, you basically are a non-loyalist citizen or an anti-citizen, not a rebel.

Anti-Citizen = rebel

If it's wrong then why not explain?

I'll explain it.
An anti-citizen is someone who has been updated in the combine systems and it listed as an anti-citizen and thus would be most likely amputated if found as being classed as an anti-citizen means you've done some bad shit. Rebels are those who don't have to be classed as anti-citizens, they can be someone the Civil Protection are completely unaware of. As Abbott as said, you're not technically a rebel if you commit one crime in combine. Hope that helps you a bit.

That does help. Thanks everyone! :D

Edit: Moved this into the OP.
