Title: SCREEN RECORDING software to record gmod for MAC!!!

when i want to play ocrp or any other CG server and a rdmer or what ever is on and no  one that is recording and a minge is on and i want to record but i sont know any sereen rc software for a mac that WONT LAGG UP GMOD can someone help!!

Is XFire compatable with Mac? If so, thats what I use, and I find no issues.

no it is for windows and i dont have crossover so i really need one cause quick time LAGGGGGS up the game so i need one that works for mac and   i would prefer if it was free one like demo that ppl use.
