Title: Shorter Reapply Duration for VIP/Gold Members

I think it would be pretty nice if Gold members and VIP members could have this privilege.

Say instead of two weeks for CCA, It could be One week.

For other applications, it can be like half of whatever the initial waiting time would be.

I feel that something like this would be good if you ever had to apply for anything in OCRP, but HL2RP is serious and members should be picked out depending on their RP skills, and should have to wait just as long as anyone else.

I agree, I don't really think this should happen.
