How long have you been playing Serious GMod RP?: Same amount of time I've been playing Half-Life 2 Roleplay, since October 15th, 2011.

A personal UU branded and UU modded Windows XP laptop primarily for use as a Journal in the IC section of the forums.

Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
Boris went to the local CWU and asked for a UU branded laptop. He was to sign an agreement that the device will not be abused or used for illegal activity in any direct or indirect way and that his activity was to be monitored at all times. The laptop was then given to him, and connection to the City 45 Network was established in his apartment so that the CCA may monitor his activities. Boris wanted to use the laptop as a journal to write down his life as a City 45 citizen.

It's mainly for IC section journal, sorry for not having to much detail in the back-story since the laptop is only a short-term acquirement.

You cannot have a UU branded Laptop because there are none for Non-UU Personnel.

No such thing as a UU modified windows XP laptop. Their technology is far beyond ours that any modification or interaction with our crappy human tech is pointless.
I would've denied it anyway but Leomarr beat us to it.
