Title: [10/11/2011] HL2RP Update

Server Update

The City Server has been applied with a partial update of the major update being rolled out over the next few days.

This portion of the update includes:
- Changed TT methodolgy
-- Fixed TT for VIP/Gold on existing characters
-- Added /PlyGiveTT and /PlyTakeTT. Gives/revokes TT for a PLAYER not a CHARACTER. This is how all TT will be handled from now on.
- Fixed /CharTransfer (Can be used to take a citizen and put them into the CCA without creating a new character)
- Added /CharSetPhysDesc to allow admins to change players physdesc's as needed.
- Added new VIP feature: Automatic flashlights without flashlight weapon.
- Citizen creation now requires First and Last names instead of a single name.
- Vortigaunts now use the single name box and allow special characters such as '

Players that have it accepted only have it on a character. The new system has a new method for applying on all characters based on a forum-integrated portion.

Yes but the system is a bit screwy and is not working right. It will be fixed in today's update.
