Server Update

---

The City Server has been applied with a partial update of the major update being rolled out over the next few days.

This portion of the update includes:
- Citizen Vocal Commands removed
- Vortigaunt/Vort Slave/CWU now have custom class colors for OOC chatter.
- CWU doors are now owned by CWU.  They auto-lock and close after 10 seconds of being unlocked to prevent minges getting in.
- Began integrating forums
- Guides!  See the directory for some helpful guides.
- New loading music

Admin Feature update:
- /abroadcast: OOC broadcast in a special admin style.  Instead of

it says [ADMIN] and the color of the name is green regardless of the faction.

Yay! Finally doors for CWU and their own colours.
Thanks a lot Karma, also good news that the citizen voices have been removed. Thinking of integrating them to applications or donations?

Thanks for removing those civil voice commands!!!!!!! It were a pain in the ass!!
