That was just a mistake in the warning template. It is already fixed.

Someone apparently didnt make the template right and just put the name when they created the template (the name of the guy they were warning)
So its already fixed. Thought you still get the warning as its not possible to send a warning to the wrong person unless your sending warnings to many people at the same time and gets confused with all the fanes.
