This. Probably over half of the loyalists are just CP wannabes grinding to get their application requirements done.

Probably, but I'm trying to help those who are in need, and all I see is CWU on the streets and CCA is probably in the Nexus.

That was a high pop time of CWU, never seen that many on. People usually go CP/CWU first before resisting if their a good roleplayer.
