A cool dark looking thing for my cp Helix 03 229 ( maybe like dark flashing clouds and with like a protection unit and like a blood splatter[i fail at ideas])

Alright I picture a dark background with grey flashing clouds and a civil protection unit holding up his stunbaton next to a wall with blood on it. (that's better?)
