Well hell, if people are going to vote for a different map, then I'll just stop C45. The whole reason I went through so much trouble to find it and work on it, is because I figured we would USE it.

Kaz never mapped for c45(thank god) but for his shitty copy that he put npc nodes in trees tho.
Chunkey is working from the scratch of the tnb map (Original VMF)

I did, when I add a pic my spoiler derps, I fixed it

I'd say just let Chunkey continue with C45.
Off-topic : Do NPC nodes let an NPC move freely around; but only to the positions of the nodes?

NPC nodes allow the AI to move around. No nodes= AI stands still and can't move. There are different types of nodes: one is just a general node that enables the AI to move around, another is a hint node, telling the AI that where the hint node is is a tactical spot that can be used for reloading and/or cover, etc.
