Title: Identification Cards

I don't know if anybody wants one of these, but I decided to give it a shot anyway.
I just finished making an Identification Card for your roleplaying characters.

Here's what they look like:

Modifications can always be made, colours can be changed - same goes for the text.
Please post any suggestions regarding the card.

Fill in the following to get your own, would be cool if you could include what model your char is so I can add the right picture.

Could you upload the un-rendered file, so people like me can edit it?
Like, the model, it's not in the format and I have a different model.
