Title: GTA IV - HiDef

I prefer this video, right now 1.3 is out and will work with a later version.

Even though this game is becoming old, this is amazing, and weird because one single man can reach beyond famous graphic developers..
Yes, you would probably need a good computer. But after all it is worth it.

Rockstart need to hire this guy that's for sure.

EDIT: It actually works really well. Think of it has a texture pack but for GTA IV
