Title: Outlands RP

Let me see if I've got this correctly.   It's basically the inverse of Hl2Rp, being that Resistance rules it more than Combine?  So they'll be more Resistance guys around and less Combine? How about a roster like the CCA one for the Resistance?

Or am I absolutely wrong here?

Outlands is a more citizen/resistance based server, and the CCA will not be seen on it.  OTA will be the main presence for control, but the server is based around the resistance portion.

untill a few weeks in when the outlands playerbase causes the server to be constantly raided by ota units

Official resistance is to be kept secret, no roster should is going to be added that is acessable to the public.
