Alright so heres the story, detain citizen for running away from me, calls me a fail rp'er does this himself.

give this citizen a medal for extraordinary roleplay, he clearly has the grasp and understanding of serious roleplay based around the canon of half life 2

Is this guy AssassIn? Jugger tried to amputate him earlier and he DC/ed to avoid it.

Based on the canon, but this is roleplay and has rules.

This guy also metagamed OTA being online right after I went on it just to check for metagamers. This guy really needs talking.
