Title: [7/19/2011] Forum Update

A small forum update has been done, relating to Warnings.

Warnings now degrade over time. 1% a day will be removed if you have not had a warning in the 24 hours prior.

Also, the mute (post blocking) was changed from 60 to 50.

Unrelated but still forum update:
- GMR (and soon OCRP) money donations are now processed through a system in the gamemode, which will give it to you when you join and alert you of it.

Why? Update seem good.

I believe more people will donate for cash now as it's very simple.

Its always been simple, just now its easier than having to go in the database to do it.
