Minor/Major (depending on who you are) HL2RP update:
- Started adding support for Outlands
- Added a way to report to admins.

Admin reporting, now that it is added, works like this:
Command: /admin
You need to specify the situation and the location, or else it will be ignored.

Any complaints in ooc that should be in /admin will be ignored.

(Admins, this is also the admin chat command.  You will notice the difference, a report says (Report) and admin chat says (Admin) so watch)
