Title: Can't Run My Gmod, Help me

I've tryed to run my Gmod some times now and it still dont work here is the error:

Error!

SteamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0036E0F4) failed with error 1: failed to take master pipe connection lock

Restart your steam and that should do the trick, if not try restarting your computer. If none of these work post back and we will figure something out.
