Title: [6/29/11] OCRP Minor Update

Minor OCRP Update just released.

- Fixed Jails
- Added flashlight. You craft it, and it allows use of the flashlight.
- Finished a major part of Evocity v33x integration, will be coming soon.
- Few minor admin updates.
- Disabled snow
- Updated Cosmos FM to new stream info
- Fixed the shotgun. Government doors cannot be blown down and the doors that does not fly away now just opens.

EDIT: Seems lotta people cant get flashlight model, so heres a download:

Seeing how Crappy-Head is a bitch, he gets credit for the jail
