Title: [6/29/2011] Cosmos FM Update

We just switched to a new host for Cosmos FM! We now get 128kbps instead of 64 so a dramatic increase should be heard.

With this new host, a few new things that I have been wanting for a while are also there.

New features:
- DJ's can now set their stream name and it can be seen, so we know who is DJing
- DJ's now have a new private forum, and Trial DJ's now have a Trial DJ rank that uses the old DJ tag from OC.
- The Auto DJ will no longer take over the stream randomly.

Cosmos FM will be updated ingame shortly.

Protip: Click the CosmosFM logo to see the status page.

As far as am i aware you only bought the game mode.

Also the majority of graphics such as the OC logo, badges, Cosmos FM logo were created by me thus making me the author of said material and i simply allowed them to be used on Orange Cosmos.

This means that you were supposed to ASK me before you use them and what your purchased didnt include any of my images so yes, you have technically stolen it by not getting permission.

Temporary or not you should have still asked.
Also i doubt it was going to be temporary considering the post mentioned you had added them in a way in which suggested you wanted to keep them.

If you gonna be doing more of this i expect you to actually ask me first >:(

Well you made the Cosmos FM logo for Cosmos FM which KARMA owned. So basicly you made a logo for him.

Also why would we want to keep a badge that doesnt match the others? I looks wierd.

I never made anything for karma, i simply made and then allowed darth to use it on orange cosmos

Yes I know it would be annoying, but it's a picture that would've been forgotten if not used. So I'd actually appreciate them using it.

Yes I know it would be annoying, but it's a picture that would've been forgotten if not used. So I'd actually appreciate them using it.

By all means I do appreciate that its being used but its the fact that they didnt even attribute me let alone ask me to even use my material.

It's good that CG is keeping Marcus's work alive but at least ask him before using his material. It's common courtesy aswell.

Seeing as all OC logos were made for OC, then they belong to OC. Same with Cosmos FM.

The rank image was temporary so that it would show up and not look like total shit, and the logo is infact still property of Cosmos FM.

Oh, and to clarify: when Rofl bought the gamemode, it included the content as well, and seeing as the logos and shit are part of that content, they became property of CG.
