Title: Side-by-side fucking error

Hai Thar.

Today I got this annoying piece of shit error that has been bugging me for ages. I've been searching allover the internet and all they say is a bunch of crap.
Please help me I cant play my game...

This is the error:

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

And yes. I've done the cmd shit, didn't help at all

This is for GMod correct? If so, I've heard that uninstalling the current version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and downloading and installing the 2008 version that comes from the Focus support website will help. Check it out for yourself.

This is not for Gmod. This is or League of Legends and some other programs. For example. I cant download AVG and install....

But anyways. I fixed the problem by re installing windows 7. working as normal now :D
