Title: [6/22/11] OCRP update

- Nerfed fire
- Added fire hose back in, lowered power
- Gold Members can now grow 10 pots of weed
- Explosives are now stronger to help prevent minging(harder to explode)
- Fixed car seats in new cars
- Fixed car exit points
- 1 in 30 chance of it snowing on startup
- Fixed the messages at the top of the screen only displaying one of them
- Green beans are available at BP for 600$ each and will heal 1-15 health when used, and your health can not exceed 80 through them
- Added two new radios(secret for now)

Greenbeans should only be eatable if there is no medics on.

What if someone buys 100 of them now. Thats only 60k and they can then heal themselves with like 50 HP on 5 of them.

So they should only be eatable if there are no medics on the server.

Anyways, nice update. The gold member and 10 pots is the only "dumb" thing i can find about this update. Planting 10 pots = about 6k for each harvest and that is like each 5 minutes. Excited about the new radios.

Yeah, I don't play OCRP much but jail is glitched. When you jail someone they just get handcuffed, they dont tele. But for somereason if they have one they are able to throw molotoves.

You are obviously unaware of the situation.

They DO get teleported to jail. The problem is that when thier time is up, they dont get uncuffed or/and let out of jail. Ive told Rofl what i though could be the issue but nothing was changed yet.

Il give it to RTLK because Rofl told me to not touch OCRP for now. RTLK, il pass it onto you when you get on.

This isn't the first time with the jail issue, after all, the first owners of OCRP also had this issue, but that was about 4 months after release of OCRP I believe; I don't remember it entirely since I joined it after the first 2 months (of original owners). At least this will tell players to hold at least 1k in their wallet so they could just pay bail instead and not worry.
