Title: I need something like lion Expose on windows!!

Well, the subject basically says it all, I am a very multi-tasking person, meaning yes, males can multi-task, due to this I have approx 6-10 windows open at a time and it does get a pain in the ass at times trying to find the window you want, I have seen something like mac OSX lion Expose feature and it looks fucking useful though I cannot change to OSX as 1. OSX supports limited hardware, 2. I don't know how the fuck to dual boot and 3. I need windows for games.

I find windows Alt+Tab fucking useless and I also find WinKey+Tab Fucking useless too, If anyone can find me a decent replacement I'll love them( and may reward you with some cash in ocrp )
