Im gonna get a new graphics card, I think a Geforce 470 or 465, I already have Geforce GTS 455. Will my pc work better if it has one 455 and one 470 than just one 470?
-
if you are going to sli, you would need 2 identical cards. i recommend getting another 455, and sli'ing the two 455's... more power then the 455 or one 470

You need identical cards for SLI.

Does it like double the graphics power, cause that be sexy, then I wont need to worry bout graphics when playing Bf3
-
It basically does what putting 2 processors in a computer does: Double the power.
-
Yes, the cards need to be identical to each other, else it will not work.
Most games support dual core, but if older games do not, "SLI" combines two cards together making it one, so your computer will still use both cards.

i have 2. The only thing it does is make 2 screens able to run at once
