Title: How to remove ban points?

I was wondering how you can remove ban points. i've been thinking on donating but my ban points prevent me from doing so since I'm afraid of a perm ban. Is there anyway to have them removed?

If all the bans were legitimate then no, there is no way to get rid of them. What you CAN do though, is to thoroughly read through the rules and make sure you've mastered them. Once you've done that, you shouldn't be worried about getting banned. Every month from your last ban, you will lose 1 ban point. So stay clean and you eventually lose all of those ban points.
