I don't see a rule anywhere, so I'm assuming not. If you don't want to see a porn spray then simply type cl_playerdisablespray 1 in console.

no sprays are bannable unless they are like advertising afaik thats always how its been

As long as they dont break any of our other rules listed. So if its a flaming, advertising other communities, or warez spray, dont spray it.
