I have this headset that is better than the one i use but it can't hear voices it can hear audio and everything. When i try listening to my favorite songs all i hear is the music no words can someone help me with this i would really appreciate it.

That's really weird, but sounds more like a problem with software.
Does the problem continue if you use another pair of headphones?
Try re installing/upgrading your audio drivers for it.

Most likely a problem with the headphones wires.

Yeah.
Do you ever put the wire in your mouth and/or lightly bite it? I used to have a bad habit of this and had to get a new pair every couple months.

Then get a new headset maybe..
