Title: OCRP2 Bugfix 12.3

This bugfix introduces a few new car scripts as well as some minor bugs. Wanted to release this now as the next update will be either a minor update (large incremental) or a major one (update 13)

Oh, and a new intro song.

This fixes the following major bugs:
