Title: Tow truck

What happened when the bug occurred? The tow truck spawned with its lights on.

What was supposed to happen? The lights were supposed to be off?

If you mean my own vehicle: Nope. It was a paramedic that drove me there, just joined and didn't wanna drive in my truck :s
