An update added it so that you can't see the name of the car's owner, so now when you steal a car for instance Tom Harverford you can't say in ooc "Tom Harverford Your car has been stolen do not respawn it." you instead have to say "Owner of the car with the license plate E-Town, your car has been stolen do not respawn it." which some people can claim they forgot what their license plate was. So can you please add the names back onto the cars?

Or, instead of a warning, just make it so if they go to the NPC within while their car is spawned, and lockpicked, they can't respawn it.
