Title: I Would like to speak in hbrp

I've been unabled to speak in hbrp both of them it says to apply on fourms but i already have done this my ingame name is Justin Sanders

You might have had your voice privileges revoked. Apply here (http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?topic=12228.0) if that's the case. Just click the 'Apply Here' in green text after reading the thread, and then fill it out.

As stated above, thats the problem he has. solved, locking.
