Title: Higher prop limit allowed in homes.
Post by: Bish on May 11, 2013, 07:43:02 PM
Name says it all, having a prop limit for a home is dumb, make it so you can't have kill boxs and just allow as many realist props that the player has.

No. Having 100 props in 1 house causes major lag.
Even though I support passive RP, having unlimited props is fucking stupid.

Besides, you dont need unlimited props to RP.

Thats not what I meant, only being able to have just 10 is so stupid... Maybe make the count around 25 to 30 max... I have lots of props I want to setup in my house to make it look nice.  Yet, I can only have 10-11...

10 props per house is only when you are not engaging in passive rp. AKA when growing/etc where barricades are involved.

He didn't say 100 props....maybe 15-20 or something is what he meant. We talked about it earlier. And it DOES NOT cause lag. People need to learn that frozen stuff DOES NOT MAKE LAG. Only unfrozen stuff is, and if you have props spawned most of the time they are unfrozen.

I ++++++++Support this for 15-20 props. Its ridiculously low.

Barricades aren't even allowed period.

Unless some dipshit changed it, I disallowed them entirely in the rules.

100 props isnt going to lag unless theres something else thats going to make it lag like some unoptimized line of code. I've made flying moving vehicles in sandbox with 290 props. No lag.

o.o Ok, this thread got bad really quick... Anyway, I don't like having a limit on frozen props, it gets really annoying.
