Like HRP we had a premium job which was CG commander. I would fnd it awesome if an amazing job like that made a return?

You have Police Chief which is the same as CG Commander in essence.

More of a question. With Police Chief in place. Would there be Fire Chief? Doctor? above the fireman and EMS units? Granted i understand there are always more cops around but i would assume having it there wouldnt hurt for the sake of RP/Realism.

This. There is no need for a Fire Cheif/EMS Cheif to be coded into the gamemode and those positions can be RPed like we do int the Emergency services org I am in I am EMS supervisor, and statua is the EMS "Chief". we have other positions with other people as well that are all RP'ed

The dispatcher is there to handle most of the government team, the police chief has different things to do, and he only manages the police team. Even the SWAT units, even tho they might seem like a higher rank, they are still managed by the police chief and the dispatcher.
Althought I'm not actually sure what the suggestion is about (a job for gold members only???), this is denied.
