Title: I got banned for no reason...Can you help?

I was banned for at least it says...fail RP. now what happened was me and my friend who should get UN banned (he is you talking to me ??) We used ladders to climb a building...LADDERS! so how is it fail RP? my friend was als ogrowing drugs up there but i mean the world is a wacky place (and if that is fail rp i didnt help him i did nothing to help him grow drugs) well please unban me. or get me some help.
