What happened when the bug occurred?
The police charger works great on handling .. But the speed is terrible it only goes 50 when you have the other cop cars shoot pass you or you can't keep up with the chase.
What was supposed to happen?
The charger suppost to be fast and be able to keep up with chases.

Fixed the charger; it gets up to about 100 now.
