Title: Add a delay on switching radio channels

Due to the phantom stream issue, add a 3-5 second delay between switching channels. This allows the old channel to fully bind and be removed on switch.

This could be considered a bug report as well. But meh.

If this is to be added, please put in a back function too. Then it wont take an entire minute to go from CosmosFM to Buzz.

I agree to Karma's and Statua's suggestion. I hate switching to Kickin' Country and have it playing a different station.

Or even better as a suggestion to incorperate both: A drop down list when you press F1 on the radio that you select what you want and hit select or you would hit radio off to turn it off.
